BrandPreflight provides deterministic brand preflight checks to help you review exported creative assets. Results are guidance for review and do not replace final human approval.

Free access includes complete checks and one custom brand profile. Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited local profiles, report JSON export, printable reports, and up to five browser activations. “Lifetime” means for as long as the BrandPreflight product remains commercially available and supported; it is not a subscription and has no recurring charge.

Creem is the merchant of record for Pro purchases and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-related refunds. A valid License Key is required for Pro features. You may not resell, publish, or share a key outside the permitted activation limit.

You are responsible for the creative files and brand rules you load into the application and for reviewing results before relying on them. Do not use BrandPreflight to process material you do not have permission to use or for unlawful activity.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, BrandPreflight is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made solely from a preflight result. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
