Refund Policy

Effective July 21, 2026

BrandPreflight Pro Lifetime is a one-time digital software purchase. Before buying, you can use every deterministic preflight check for free to confirm that the product fits your workflow.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you were charged more than once, did not receive a License Key, cannot activate after reasonable troubleshooting, or believe the product materially differs from its published description. Include the purchase email and Creem order number, but never send card details or passwords.

We review each request fairly and respond within three business days. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. A refunded or charged-back purchase no longer grants Pro access. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, and Creem may also issue refunds under its platform rules.
