BrandPreflight runs brand checks in your browser. Creative files, brand profiles, analysis results, and reports stay local unless you choose to export or share them yourself.

Profiles and your BrandPreflight License Key are stored in this browser's local storage. You can remove them by deleting profiles, deactivating the license, or clearing this site's browser data.

Payment checkout, receipts, tax handling, refunds, and License Key delivery are handled by Creem as merchant of record. Creem receives the contact, billing, and payment details needed to complete your order under its own privacy terms. BrandPreflight does not receive card details.

When you activate or validate Pro, our Cloudflare-hosted endpoint sends the License Key and an anonymous random browser installation identifier to Creem. We do not require a BrandPreflight account and do not add product analytics or advertising trackers.

If you contact support, we use your email and message only to answer the request, investigate billing or licensing issues, and meet legal duties. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
